These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reasy platform operated by Reasy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Reasy", "we", "us"). By signing up or using Reasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Reasy provides a SaaS platform that enables real estate brokers to automate their sales and marketing operations, including but not limited to: automated Meta advertising campaigns, AI-driven WhatsApp follow-up, AI voice calling, site visit scheduling, and performance dashboards.
Reasy offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
Ad budget payments are separate from subscription fees. You authorise Reasy to spend the deposited ad budget on Meta advertising campaigns on your behalf. A platform fee of 15% is added to all ad budget payments. Ad budgets are non-refundable once a campaign is launched.
WhatsApp Business API messaging costs are passed through to you at actual Meta rates plus a small margin disclosed in your dashboard. These are billed monthly based on actual usage.
All prices are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) will be added to all invoices. GST invoices are available in your billing dashboard.
You agree not to use Reasy to:
By using Reasy's ad launch feature, you grant Reasy authorisation to create and manage Meta campaigns on your behalf. You remain responsible for ensuring your property advertisements comply with RERA regulations and Meta's real estate advertising policies. Reasy is not responsible for Meta's decisions to approve, reject, or suspend ad accounts.
Reasy's AI features (WhatsApp automation, voice calling) are designed to assist your sales process. You remain responsible for:
Reasy does not guarantee specific conversion rates or outcomes from AI features.
The Reasy platform, brand, and technology are the intellectual property of Reasy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of your project data, lead data, and any creative assets you upload. You grant Reasy a limited licence to use your property data and creatives solely to provide the contracted services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Reasy's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reasy in the three months preceding the claim. Reasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost sales or lost profits.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may cancel from your dashboard — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Reasy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India. We encourage resolving disputes first through our support team at legal@reasy.in.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of Reasy after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
